A device was bought through FNB and a cell c simcard was issued without choice. after i received the package i asked for the simcard to be cancelled as it did not fit into the device. i needed a micro sim. where i live is no cell c office, so i prefered to go to a service provider with a local office. then i started getting bills from cell c. i reported the matter three times and told the customer care centre my problem. I CANNOT USE THE SIMCARD, EVEN IF I WANTED TO. it was never activated and i did asked that it be cancelled the day after i received it. now cell c started to deduct money from my bank account, so i now am paying for something totaly useless. Everytime i report my problem, i get a new reference and a promise that they will come back to me. I am so disapointed in cell c and would never recomend anybody to make use of it. Hopefully you can assist me.
