My husband was hijacked on Friday evening 22/11/2013 and his phones were taken with the car. I just wanted to say thank you to the MTN consultant that helped him do a sim swap in such a prompt proficient manner.
Your professionalism really shined through in his time of confusion.

Unlike the red Network that put him through a grueling experience of answering unnecessary security questions. We will be porting our numbers soon MTN.

Keep up the great customer service MTN.
