Same issue logged every few months regarding degradation of service and then cutoff.
Issue gets "fixed" and then recurs a few months later after numerous arguments about the speed available on my line.
Now again I have logged the SAME fault and again I have been unable to connect at my paid for speed for over a month now, even the speed it's connecting at isn't stable.
