I requested an upgrade on 2 Nov 13 at Vodashop in Alberton City. I arranged to pick up my new phone on 9 Nov from this shop. When I arrived they told me that I had been upgraded. I stated that I did not authorise this transaction and did not receive the phone. I went to the police station and did an affidavit which was faxed to Vodacom. Since then no reply. I have been phoning for assistance. My calls get dropped; I keep getting referred to different departments, some of which the numbers do not exist??? I AM EXPECTING A REPLY. my service request no was given: S3-T6XP-PP1OU. Why can no-one answer me! Now I am unable to upgrade my old phone - that is now PAST its upgrade date because of this investigation that I don't get info from! I am frustrated and disappointed with my service provider. As the customer, I don't feel that they don't hear me!!
