Landline Application - pathetic timeframe!

My mom applied for her landline (0216973881) to be transferred from Crawford to St Helena Bay. Ref: 89200890A on 12 November 2013. I queried when the transfer will take place and was told only AFTER THE FINANCIAL YEAR!!! Due to Telkom not having any infrastructure in the area yet. Surely to goodness Telkom realises this is 2013 and this type of service is unacceptable! I demanded that my mom's transfer be done as soon as possible as she is on pension (we need to be able to contact her and vice versa. I also demanded that she be re-imbursed the R300 that she paid for the transfer. I can be contacted on 0723739216 for any further information needed.
