I have spoken to the customer Karen Barends who informed me that the tablet is currently in your possession that was returned on the number 0713705541. The customer would like this to be cancelled.

I informed the customer that if we request cancellation we will send her a premature quote which will be the remainder of the device and subscriptions which the customer is not happy with.

Please see if a dealer cancellation can be administered to have the customers issue resolved. Please feedback to the customer once decision has been made.
