IM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS NETWORK AT THE MOMENT!! I DID A SIM SWOP AT THE WESTAGATE BRANCH EARLY SATERDAY MORNING 23 NOV 13. AND WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT THERE THAT ONCE MY OLD SIM SAYS SOS THEN I CAN USE MY NEW SIM IMEEDIATELY, SO I DID THIS AND PUT MY NEW SIM IN BUT NOTHING HAPPEND I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COVERAGE!! I HAVE BEEN STUCK WITHOUT A CELL PHONE THE WHOLE WEEKEND ALREADY. TODAY I TRY PHONING THEM AND YET NO ONE BOTHERS TO ANSWER THE PHONES!!! AND I HAVE PHONED LIKE OVER 20 TIMES ALREADY!! IM NOT GETTING ANY HELP... AND THEN I TRY CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE 808, BUT YET ONCE AGAIN MTN IS MORE OFFLINE THAN WHAT THEY ARE ONLINE. NOW IT COSTS ME TIME AND PETROL TO ONCE AGAIN GO THIS BRANCH TO SORT IT OUT! WHY COULDNT IT HAVE JUST BEEN DONE RIGHT THE 1ST TIME. OR ATLEAST ANSWER THE DAM PHONE!! AFTER THIS I WILL BE CHANGING MY NETWORK
