Unable to report a fault on Vodacom network

We have had no network coverage the entire day in Kathu Northern Cape. I have tried to log a fault online and it is a waist of time as Vodacom's online fault logging web page also doesn't work??? What is even more interesting is that you are asked by Vodacom on the fault logging page to provide either your cell phone or email address in order for them to send you an OTP to be able to log the fault?? Uuummm, I have no cell phone coverage in my town, therefore how are your customers supposed to receive the OTP when the network is down and not working??

I evened tried putting in my email address, but the web page just freezes up. Great stuff!! Therefore there is no possible way of logging a network fault with Vodacom. Very disappointing especially on mothers day when you are trying to get in touch with family.
