My monthly bill went up from between R600 - R700 to R2324.60. I spoke to the consultant who helped me and he forgot to load the 2gb data bundle. He requested for a credit at the begining of the month which never went through. I phoned the head office and spoke to a person called Joe. he said that head office can not help me and that I should speak to the store manager. If I can not get any results from the store in Boksburg and head office can not help me who should I speak to to resolve this?
