I bought goods from Green & Richards last year in April, i went to the store to lodge a complain for the Bedroom suite i bought that was in December, i was told the supplier has closed due to festive season, i waited til Mid January went back to the store for follow the said i must call the Head office i did call head office, the head office said they will let the branch to send someone to look at the goods no has came yet and every time i have to do the follow ups on this query the head office or the branch no one comes to me for feedback this now March no one has came back to me i mean even the head office or the branch manager must i keep paying my monthly instalment even if Am not happy with the goods a bought is it fair. I mean no one has consulted me how do i go about with this problem such a big recognise store I am so disappointed.
