Purchased R110 airtime to cover BIS

I did a transfer of R110 to my husbands cell number, we got the confirmation sms that it was received he now had a total of R136.57 and the amount reflected as well, then we sms blackberry to 100 as instructed to activate his monthly BIS, we received confirmation of this purchase 2 and the expiry date is 24122013 but now the bb logo comes nd goes nad he doesn't have any internet service or bbm or whatsapp, in the same process he tried downloading frm the net and it alowed him 2 but the R77.57 remaining after the R59 deduction dissapeared after his download, I am really not happy as this is only the second month on BIS and already we have a problem he's BIS is stil not working we even restarted the phone
