I have been experiencing some deduction in favour of a network I have NO KNOWLEDGE of whenever I purchase airtime. I need to know how this could happen without I downloading or accessing the Internet. In fact since changing to Cell C I could not download or access the Internet. The number 08611026472 that this company gives for enquiries just gives a voice response suggesting that this is a fraudelent.
I want Cell C as my network provider to please explain and justify how this partnership with this Unanimous Company can happened. You get deducted more than 90% of your purchase. I want all my airtime refund since joining Cell C. If not, thanks we can switch providers with so much ease nowadays!!!
