What is it about Mtn that they feel they don't need to respond to their customers queries?
Why should they feel it is okay to deliver such poor service?
Communication, communication, communication.
How strange that a so-called communication company should need lessons in communicating???
MTN Just take a look at all the complaints and feel ashamed - feel very ashamed
