I am completely disgusted by the service that this company has shown me.
5 months ago I went to the gym hoping to sign up however, unforeseen financial problems came my way and had to cancel my application - which was during the 5 day period! From this, no communication has been sent to me stating that my account went active! No communication - not a call, email or sms! The consultant knew I was under financial pressure yet, I feel based on easy commission my application was put through. I've contacted Head Office numerous occasions and was assisted by a call centre agent who stated that my account has been cancelled HOWEVER, through my constant communication there has been NO communication from Planet Fitness and money is still been deducted from my account for months now! Please can someone contact me ASAP as I've been on hold for many days now trying to get through?
