Auto Pedigree supplied me with a vehicle mid this year. Their administration and communication regarding registration was so poor and delayed that our vehicle was not carrying the correct licencing, which led to the traffic department in placing 3 charges regarding vehicle licencing. I feel they are part responsible and should assist in the payment of fines. They are now not even responding to my emails.
This is really bad customer service over and above the branch not taking responsibility of their lack of communication and honest dealership to their customers.
