My telkom line was damaged by hail because it was not installed correctly in the first place. Have been told by telkom that it is my responsibility to have it repaired. I don't think so. All the other lines were correctly instaled in the counduitat the complex. I did not install it incorrectly and I pay my line rentall so how does it become my responsibility to fix it?
