I am DISGUSTED with the first Sony I decided to buy - the Xperia Z. It was right up there on the specs with the Samsung S4 and HTC 1. Since I've owned Samsungs and HTCs before I wanted to try some thing new. WHY did I stray from my known brands. It might be advertised as waterproof - but the quality of the screen is. I haven't even had the phone a month and there's three hairline fractures in the screen which have rendered the phone UNUSABLE. I can't even switch the phone off as there's no battery to pull out. The touch screen just DOESN'T work... It was FINE. I had put the phone in it's phone sock into the front pouch of my back pack which I was keeping by my chest/stomach as I had my friend's back pack on my back and I was holding him tight on his bike on the way to where we were going. When we showed up at the venue my phone was in it's. It's a BRAND NEW contract. And now I don't have a phone for the next two years... I hope the service provider will be able to fix it, but then I'm selling it. I don't want this brand EVER again. So dissapointed. :(
