At aprox 10PM I call'd Mtn as I cud nt get my 'R50 24hour uncaped internet bundle activatd. I spoke to an agent who did nt even knw Mtn had a R50 1day uncaped internet bundle. He insisted I was confused nd tht I was talking about th BIS uncaped bundle. Aftr 10min of explaning to him wot his product is and how it works I got so fed up I dropped th call thinking maybe he was new. So I called 173 in the hope of getting assistance 4 th product I purchased. I spoke 2 a consultant named Tholeteka Dudd at the call center in Polokwane. 1stly th noise levels in th bckground was at an unceptable level it sounded as if she was at a club and it effectd hr hearing too. To my utter amazment another MTN consultant does nt knw wot a R50 1day uncapped internet bundle is. On this occasion I actually had a practical explanation with her, told her dial *141*2#, thn select internet bundles then select Mtn R50 uncapped 24hour bundle, then u need to dial *141*5# to activate this bundle.
