Vodacom migration services has phoned me twice in the past 2 days about migrating my contract. All that I ask is for written confirmation that this will not affect my current contract. Apparently Vodacom does not send e-mails. I also do not give out personal details, these include contact details, to people that phone me (especially if they get my initials wrong!!) if they are already on the companys system. This is a matter of personal security. At this point your agent disconnected me.

I think that this is exceptionally rude. To disconnect somebody because they are asking for written confirmation of an offer, "If it hasn't been written it hasn't been said". To disconnect someone becuase they are refusing to hand out personal details without any confirmation of who they are handing it out to.
I find the attitude disgusting that I get disconnected because I am trying to keep up a decent level of personal security.
