He dissconnect me while i paid

This guy knew my sister and i think they made an arrangement because our dstv was not paid early that month but we paid the dish after 7 days and now because he has our details he keeps on switching off our dish even when its paid up because he had a fight with my sister. I don't think he has a right to disconnect a paying customer due to his personal life this is just wrong and i tried calling when he disconnected and he said he has the right to disconnect whenever he want and i feel this is wrong he must not let his personal life affect his work ethics
