After being a loyal customer to Vodacom for so many years, vodacom decides to send a paying customer to legal. According to them I defualted on a few months. I have a contract in place and a debit order which has been debited every month. There is sufficient proof that the account payments have been deducted for the duratiion of the contract, however as I'm being accused of defaulting on payment for a "few months" there has been no communication whatsoever to inform me about this. Why would a so called "giant" in the telecommunications industry have procedures and systems in place that do not look after their valued clients? Why would my account be sent to legal even tho I have proof of payment. This is ridiculous and very upsetting.
