ORDERING AND NOT GETTING WHAT U PAID FOR

I AM STILL WAITING FOR KFC TO GET BACK TO ME I HAVE CONTACTED THE MEDIA AS I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED IN THE WAY I WAS TREATED.

REFILWE HAS CALLED ME I DID CALL BACK LATER AND WAS TOLD HE IS NOT AVAILABLE. (REFILWE FROM KFC CALL CENTRE)

PLEASE REFER TO MY COMPLAINTS THAT HAVE BEEN PENDING SINCE 27/4/2013

SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND STOP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND LIKE YOU DID WHEN I ARRIVED AT CARNIVALL MALL AND SARAH TOLD ME SHE CANNOT HELP ME. I THEN TOLD HER TO CALL HEAD OFFICE AND SHE SAID SHE CANNOT PHONE
