Yet again, Telkom schedules to install... doesn't

Yet again Telkom failed to pitch at my home after having the 4th scheduled appoitnment now.

A lady named Melanie phoned me on Monday asking whether it will suit me for today, Thursday 21.11.2013. I accepted the date and accepted the date on the sms on which i replied @yes to.

As i work during the day, i again put in a day's leave and yet, another wasted leave day. I will definitely claim back, or subtract my per day cost to company from my first three month's billings...

Telkom is utterly poor in service delivery. Head of Technical Operations probably knows about service delivery or is family of some famous politician!

Sad to say i chose Telkom as a service provider.

I even opened two cellphone 8ta accounts as well... this seem to work much better though...
