Telkom confirmed four times that they will install a new line to my home on 1 Nov 2013. I took leave for the day, because their message stated that it is a full day appointment.
They did not pitch for the installation! The technician blatantly told a that he tried to get hold of me and was unable to. My follow-up calls on Friday were ignored by the technical team.
Telkom's call centre has improved by leaps and bounds and I would have been so happy to write a compliment about the good service, but unfortunately the technical team let them down.
