Good day i would just like to notify everyone that mtn really have the worst customer service.if im contacted via email please. I am and have been overseas since June and previously i called in may knowing im leaving asking if anything can be done to make sure this ended as soon as the contract term has ended.i don't remember being told that it should be done 3months before the time and no earlier so two months after contract term i am still paying. To top it off i call the centre on the 15th and get these forms emailed to a misspelled email address which is my first name so i wait a few days and call back on the 20th to find out it was misspelled. I also requested for the contract term to end not the numbers to be cancelled as one is still being used in Cape town. Received the email with forms after i called back and i was advised he would escalate it to possibly try and get it back dated. Sent the forms back signed not knowing its would be completely cancelled and instructed in the email back i need one number just switched to prepay surely as part of customer service he should have corrected one form at that point however the reply to the email was said the forms stated for it
