Adsl line went down on 26 October. It services 2 businesses. Logged a call with Afrihost. Alledgedly fixed. Not. Spent 3 weeks having to prove to various call centre people that it really doesnt work. Lost thousands of Rands. They say that they will come back to you - never do - eventually told "phone Telkom" - BUT MY AGREEMENT WITH THEM IS THAT THEY MANAGE IT AND I DONT HAVE TO PHONE TELKOM. No escalation. No senior people to phone. Keep getting told BS. Now they acknowledge that is a Telkom fault and walk away. No credit for a service that I dont get and no plan from their side. Totally useless in fact.
