I have not been able to use the service for four months after my first loan was paid in full. I am paying for the service yet i cannot get another loan as it wont accept my client code. I sent an email on Monday and got a quick response where a lady said she would send my request to finance and get back to me. Needless to say its now Wednesday and no one has called or smsed me. I would like to cancel the service as I see no point in it but that too is impossible as no one EVER answers the 086 number!!! you hold and hold only to be dropped once you are number one. The service is not impressive and looks very now. Four months no service and no answer from the call centre. Please cancel my subcription and send me an email confirmation so I have it in writing do not tell me to contact you as that is IMPOSSIBLE! Refrain from deducting any money from my account please.
