When you upgrade software on the iPhone 5 you get a message from MTN asking if you would like to send a business card to callers with all your details, which in theory is a great idea. Except that it does NOT tell you upfront that you will be charged for this. SO no every time someone calls me, I have to go through the procedure of selecting NOT to send the message with my details which I will be billed for, Of course, I tried calling, was put on hold repeatedly, the existence of the service was denied and I was asked to call various departments where I was put on hold repeatedly and the existence of the service was denied. PLEASE - if you have a choice - avoid MTN their ill-informed staff and most of all, their products which are misleading and impossible to extract yourself from.
I am sure that this example of their business ethic is contrary to the CPA. Anyway - just avoid avoid avoid.
