After Exchange upgrade Telkom broke our hunting facility on 021-553-8840, we now only have one (1) incoming line instead of six (6).
The Support person for our business account is only a middle man that send email to "Pretoria".
Trying to contact the Supervisor is fruitless as they never answer the phone and it is then forwarded to the common help number of 10217.
Can we PLEASE get rid of the incompetence that we as consumers have to pay for!!!
