What a pleasure requesting caller ID and Hunting facility (where one has multiple phone lines, calls are transferred automatically when one line is busy) from Mpho. She was friendly and VERY knowledgeable about the products that I requested. She followed up with me and phoned me once everything was done.
I originally requested only the called ID from her, but mentioned my request for hunting facility the previous day, she offered to implement both services for me and did so with a smile.
Well done Mpho, Telkom should be very proud of you, keep up the great work!
