Once again Cell C show their incompetence

1stly, I spoke to Nonkhululekho who was as helpful as possible considering the useless company she works 4.
I receive my statements on the15th of half the months I should receive them. The rest, I estimate a fee based on *101#. I changed my payment date to the 15th to counter this but that got cancelled for some reason. Now AGAIN, I've been cut off for owing R81, 50 that I never knew I owed.
Before, I was paying on the 30th/31st but Cell C don't like that, they think they deserve special treatment and only accept on the 28th and so, payment or not, they cut me off. Constantly.
Fortunately, I haven't had any incidence with them for a few months, I was even thinking of getting BB service through them when my current contract expires. After this, not so much.
Before being cut off, I received a music recording, nobody said anything, just seemed to "put me on hold". Then i got an sms saying nothing really, just to call if I had an issue, at the time, I didn't have an issue. Then the disconnect, then the issue.
Send me a bill BEFORE the payment date and get paid like everyone else, send me one after and I have no option but to thumsuck an amount till April and see if MTN still work
