Bad attitude

Myself and wife have more than 4 domains registered by webonline. We pay our bills monthly. My card that the debit order for one of the domains are debited from expired.
I have tried to cancel this domain with webonline and settle payment, even giving my card details over the phone twice. Yet, I am unable to 'cancel' a domain telephonically, but provide my card details telephonically.
Then the attitude that I receive from webonline and the way the treat their customers are very poor.
I will not recommend anyone doing business with this company. They are supposed to provide a service and they do not do this to the best of their ability.
Their attitude, along with their service towards their clients are poor.
