The worst service imaginable

I refer to my initial complaint on 14th Nov which has still not been resolved. Tomorrow will be two weeks that my phone went in for repair. It only needs to be replaced.
Unfortunately on Friday eve we had a hold up at our house. This was very traumatic but exacerbated by the fact that I did not have my iPhone with contacts, nor the Find my IPad application to track the iPad immediately. It was found but the robbers escaped as they were not tracked immediately. I also don't have the records of the incoming calls on the night of the as the loan phone does not store enough numbers. When I asked the woman responding to my complaint for these details I was told that I need the police to subpoena Vodacom. I spend over R1000 per month and it is a disgrace that they don't have loan phones of a satisfactory standard.
I have the resources to get the contact details of senior management and have escalated this further. I am sure that it will now be sorted out.
It has been the most frustrating experience and is the WORST customer service I have ever had.
