I must say that i have been lured into thinking that MTN always makes a point that they always try the best to satisfy their customers but i have had to experience bad service from the supervisor together with the call agents. I get 150 megabytes of data every month but i had a problem that it would get used up on the 3rd day after receiving it. On the 16th of August 2013 i phoned in only to be told that i have to wait for 5 working days before i could get the itemized billing before they could see what eats up my data. I was then put through to Philane which i was told he is the supervisor and he told me just how stupid i am not to switch off my data when it is not in use but rush off to phone them. I regret ever porting to MTN since there is no network coverage when i'm at home after 7:00pm. i cannot wait to finish the contract then i can move on to other network providers since i had to wait for over a month before i can get the billing and today still im waiting.it's been a month and still counting.
