Waited for more tha 3 week to be refunded

I have been patiantly waiting for more than 3 weeks for Mtn to refund me on the money that they have been over charging me ever since i upgraded my contract in february this year, i have been to the menlyn store a several times and they keep on telling me that the issue is still pending, they will escalate the query and they will get back to me, i am tired of this i will just like to get my refund,
