I have logged a call last year November regarding a fault with my ADSL line and up to now the fault has not been attended to. I have contacted Telkom countless amount of times, spoke to clueless supervisors and still received no results. Supervisors at Telkom always promise to attend to the calls and respond back to me but they are completely pathetic at their jobs and do not value customer satisfaction/service. I have tried contacting Telkom via email (their web page), via Facebook, via the call centre and twice previously on "hello Pieter" and none have worked. I just hope that this post gets the attention of someone from Telkom that has the ability and competence to resolve my problem.
