Stressed, helpless & anxious because of Cell C!

Last week we learnt that my partner had been blacklisted by Cell C. It has been a very trying time since then. Our home loan approval is at risk because of this - our time is running out!
Limited information from Cell C, not to mention the attorneys/agents who the accounts were handed over too. One said, Cell C known for this.
Whilst we have a "helpful" lady at Cell C, she seems to be at the mercy of other departments.
We have proved that my partner was out of the country at the time of the alleged "upgrade" and "new account" application, which were processed by Cell C. Copies of passport entry and exit stamps provided. What more can a customer provide?? And how long must one wait?
Cell C, how long can it take to "investigate" paperwork?
A pity the people who open the accounts so quickly, can't close and deal with customer correspondence timeously.
It took over 1yr, 3mths for Cell C to acknowledge receipt of a request to cancel accounts - credit passed. No credit note?
Feeling extremely frustrated, helpless and stressed out. Is this fair Cell C?
What will it take to conclude this matter? How many days? No one can say how long?
Credit records were clean prior to Cell C!
