Great customer service

I called 8ta customer service for assistance on my account and I spoke to a consultant that informed me that I used up my 2gigs for the month. I could not understand how this was possible. She was not very informative and hardly knew anything. She told me my monthly subscription is R500 and change a month. Which I did not agree a pone, when I took the contract out. I then decided to contact the call centre again in regards to my contract. I was helped by a young lady by the name of Nomazulu Mpofu. She explained my contract in detail and was able to answer every question I had regarding my contract. She reassured me about the amount of data I had left and how much I will be paying at the end of each month. Thank you Noma Zulu for outstanding customer service. You are well trained and very knowledgeable when it come to the product you sell.
