Upgrade my current contract online telephonically ON 12/11/13 .Lady who did the upgrade assured me I will get the phone as there were over 640 units as she was processing my new iphone 5 S . Enquired today to be told I must be patient as there is not enough stock!!!
Why was I to - just to get the new contract for 2 years - this is pathetic to say the least
