Still feel cheated

Whilst I do appreciated the response from mtn (REQ2893821) on the 9th November 2013, I still feel cheated by Mtn. Due to a mix up from Mtn, I was caused a lot of inconvenience, stress and loss of money. All that I get from Mtn is an apology with an empty promise to refund me the amount of money unlawfully taken off by bank account (no turn around time offered). Many large (food chains) offer their customers "double your money back" guarantees. I noted that there were on average 33 complaints per day, about Mtn on "Hello Peter" alone. Perhaps if Mtn where to actually properly recompensate their customers, they may strive to decrease the amount of disgruntled customers. A mere apology with NO REFUND or added compensation IS NOT ENOUGH. My teenage daughter sufferred terribly through not being able to connect with her social group for two months, Mtn should at least refund me for those two months lost to not being able to use the phone. This whole matter has cost me a considerable amount of time, energy and MONEY to sort out! A mere apology IS NOT ENOUGH!
