Listen i'm now tired to call 10210 every day and holding for the 11th time over 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
Its been now 2 months just to cancel my line but you just want money that is why your service is!!! You don't give the service as if you can bill a customer just again and again then we must pay. I want my line cancelled. This is your escalation email facility that i have used again but it is also useless, as i have done this for the 3rd time. Please can someone wake up at telkom?
