Id Number wrongly allocated

A year ago I noticed that another person was using my id number on autopage. After a few days of explaining and proving who I was, I was told that this has been sorted. Now, almost 2 years down line and I am once again informed about this person that was not removed. Now I am held accountable for the 3500 in outstanding bills for this person. It has been 2 days and nothing has happend to get this of my name (id number) after talking to their finance department.
