Im really getting fed up with your excuses, we had this problem since January, can you please fix it. Poor reception, no internet bbm Facebook Whatsapp a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week. Stop Apologizing and do something about the problem. I never experienced such false advertisments as Vodacom, suppose to be the leading network. Maybe you should sponsor less and actually start fixing your network faults and finish your tower upgrades within a year. Going to lose allot of customers, and im not the 1st to complain about faults in this area. And NO, and dont want to speak to a technitian or supervisor. JUST FIX IT
