Lack of responce

I would like to lock a complain on Autopage Montana Pretoria, there services is absolutely poor.
hey say that they will phone back and keep us updated after following up with the repair centre, but they don't. Johan is almost never in the office to speak to, to follow up on the phone that is with the repair centre. The phone was handed in on the 14th of October 2013 at Autopage Montana and still we do not know where or what is happening with the phone.
This is really unacceptable, we pay a lot for this packet and the phone that we do not have.
