My handset was handed in at MTN Jacqueline Mall Randhart 2 weeks ago. My scroller button on my blackebrry 9360 didn't work anymore. When I handed in my phone, 5 days later they still haven't even started doing anything with it. Later when I phoned again they said it needed to be replaced. I use my phone for business. Said they are waiting for stock, but can't give me a time frame. Just think the service is pathetic. Can't wait for my contract to end so i can switch to another service provider.
