Good day
I got a Galaxy S4 @ your N1city branch with an upgrade in June 3013. Then I found there is a problem with my battery. It shows it is half and then al of a sudden the battery is drained, so I took it out because my phone also got warm. Then I realised my battery started to swell. I couldn't put in back in my phone because it didn't fit and I was scared it would damage my phone.

So I went to your milnerton branch and they told me I should take it back to N1 city where I got my contract and that it is still under gaurantee for six months. That was great because I only had the phone for about 5 months.

Yesterday I took it to the N1 city branch and they told me that it was only under gaurantee for 3 months. So I am confused. Who is giving me the correct information? I then asked if I could buy a battery but they said they cannot order it. So now must pay for a phone that I cannot use

Can someone please give me the correct information because the employees knows two different stories and I need to use my phone.
