Dear All,

It never rains but it pours... I would love to express my complain in writing as I have not found or be helped by your Vodacom consultants.

May you kindly investigate from the onset of the account number I3322372-6 contract and numerous queries that I have personally logged.

May you also listen to all the calls that I have made to your call centre.

Its seems like your employees have a habit of misinforming me and also being incompetent.
