Hi, Can you please explain why on my Invoice Statement date 2013-02-02 you charge me for DSTV mobile, and then again on Invoice Statement date 2013-04-09 I am not charged. Not able to find my March Invoice to see if I was charged or not. I really thought as a Premium customer the DSTV mobile is free. Am I missing something here? So I tell you what, CANCEL my DSTV mobile subscription until such time you can sort out your billing issues. This is now the 2nd TIME that I complain about this service and a couple of months you had to refund me over R240 because of your billing issues.
