Not happy

Received a call from Sydney this morning.
On the feedback from Afrihost he states that I am happy.
On the contrary I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
It took seven days from posting the complaint to receive any sort of feedback at all.
Then it was" Oh very sorry about the inconvience" That is not good enough at all.
