In September took out a cell phone contract??? collected the handset on the 10 Sep 13 then the handset was an OBF then took it back then received a replacement and also turns out to be an OBF then took it AGAIN then they debit account and charge M??? a penalty for then on the 09 Nov 13 received a BB then??? try activate my BIS which was unsuccessful then called customer care just to find out that??? have to pay extra fee to activate my BIS but then why the do??? get airtime every month, from the start when??? took out the contract??? have been experiencing problems, so then it came where??? want to cancel this contract then??? heard of a cancellation that??? was not even informed of the day??? applied for this contract??? want??? people to sort this out because??? am seriously not going to pay for something that??? am unhappy with so sort this out and call M??? 0828126358
